- Stephen Goddard has dedicated much of his career to the study of printed art. In his role as curator in the Spencer Museum of Art he has organized over forty exhibitions and offered many courses on the history of printmaking. He was, for four years, president of the Print Council of America. Many of Goddard's recent projects have involved partnerships with colleagues in the sciences. His recent exhibitions, Trees and Other Ramification: Branches in Art and Culture; A Greenland Glacier: The Scale of Climate Change,Cryptograph: An Exhibition for Alan Turing; and 39 Trails: Research in the Peruvian Amazon, are leading to a larger project connecting the arts and the biosciences.
