Biography —
Danielle Berkowitz is an MA student whose research interests include the art of the Iberian peninsula and Japanese archipelago, religious sculpture, the changes that devotional objects undergo via physical acts of worship and artistic intervention, and cross-cultural influences on iconography and technique. She uses her fine arts background to gain extra perspective on the artworks she studies.
