Biography

Angie Youyoung Kim’s research focuses on Korean art history after the 20th century, with particular attention to the Japanese colonial period. Her academic interests engage interdisciplinary theoretical approaches to art studies.

Angie has worked as a project member at the Art Archive, Seoul Museum of Art (SeMA AA), where she contributed to an archival project on alternative art spaces in South Korea during the early 2000s.
